Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to confirmation before dispatch. After an order is placed, our team may contact the customer through WhatsApp or phone call to confirm the order details. Orders will only be processed after successful confirmation.

 

Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners across Pakistan.

Major Cities in Pakistan
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch.

Other Cities & Remote Areas
Delivery may take approximately 10–12 working days depending on location and courier service availability.

 

Important Notes

Delivery timelines are subject to product availability and successful order confirmation.

Delivery times may be longer during sale periods, public holidays, peak seasons, weather conditions, or due to courier and logistical delays beyond our control.

 

Advance Payment

For selected orders, especially those being shipped to non-metropolitan areas, or locations with higher delivery risk, an advance payment may be required to confirm the order.

In such cases, a minimum advance payment of PKR 500 must be paid before dispatch. The remaining amount can be paid through Cash on Delivery at the time of delivery.

Every247 reserves the right to request advance payment based on delivery location, order history, or operational considerations.

Orders requiring advance payment will only be processed after the payment has been received and verified. Share your advance payment screenshot with us on WhatsApp to confirm your order and then we begin processing.

 

Tracking

Once the order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be shared, where applicable, so the customer can monitor the shipment through the courier service.

 

Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details and remain available on the provided contact number for order confirmation and delivery coordination.

If a customer refuses the order, remains unavailable, or causes repeated failed delivery attempts, Every247 may require advance payment for future orders before processing.
